That’s it! Thank you so much to Ronnie Goodyer and Dawn Bauling, my editors at Indigo Dreams Publishing, for their faith in this book. I’m am so thrilled, and very grateful.

  1. I love this Collection and really hope the Laurel prize judges feel the same -although I recognise the nomination in itself is a big deal.

The poems take us on journeys -historical, geographical and of course through Lockdown. Each h section is woven together by the High Nowhere couplets which are some of most important pieces I think.

    I’m hard-pressed to name a favourite but

listen. Whimbrel and the Icelandic horses are up there. And fitting that Orlando has the final profound word !
